Job Title: Executive Chef for Fine Dining Restaurant in Vejle
Are you a talented and experienced Executive Chef looking for a new challenge? Our fine dining restaurant in Vejle is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for creating and implementing menus, managing inventory and budget, training and supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proven track record of creating innovative and high-quality dishes
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Plan menus based on seasonal ingredients, dietary restrictions, and customer preferences
- Create new dishes that showcase your creativity and passion for cooking
- Manage inventory levels to ensure all necessary ingredients are always available
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance on proper cooking techniques
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized kitchen at all times
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency
- Adhere to all food safety regulations
We offer competitive salary of 1000$ per week with potential for bonuses based on performance. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided.
