Seasonal Restaurant Manager in Vejle, Denmark
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to join our team for a seasonal position in Vejle, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, including managing staff, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage and train staff on all aspects of the restaurant's policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and quality control
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Denmark
Salary: 1300$ per month (based on experience)
