Seasonal Restaurant Manager in Vejle


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team for a seasonal position in Vejle. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations including budgeting, staffing, inventory management, and customer service
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they provide efficient and friendly service to guests
- Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
- Oversee inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items or specials
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and management
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and cost control measures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
