Formwork Carpenter

Our construction company in Funchal is seeking a skilled and experienced Formwork Carpenter to join our team. As a Formwork Carpenter, you will be responsible for creating, constructing, and installing formwork for concrete structures. This includes measuring and cutting materials, assembling formwork components, and ensuring the structural integrity of the formwork. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in formwork carpentry, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Accommodation is provided and candidates must have their own visa for working in Funchal.

Salary: $1200/month

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in formwork carpentry
- Proficient in reading blueprints and following construction plans
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Assemble formwork components using hand and power tools
- Install formwork on construction sites following blueprints and plans
- Ensure the structural integrity of the formwork
- Collaborate with other workers on the construction team as needed
