Warehouse Inventory Coordinator


As a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records for our warehouse located in Vejle. Your main duties will include overseeing the receiving, organizing, and storage of incoming goods, as well as managing the shipment and delivery of outgoing orders. You will also be responsible for conducting regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identifying any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience working in a warehouse environment and be familiar with warehouse management systems. A strong attention to detail is crucial, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills. You must also be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.

This position offers a salary of 1600$ per month, along with accommodation options for those who require it. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming goods and enter them into inventory system
- Organize and store goods in designated areas within the warehouse
- Prepare outgoing orders for shipment and ensure timely delivery
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy
- Identify and address any discrepancies or issues with inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse space
- Adhere to safety protocols while handling goods
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects on a regular basis
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills in English (Danish language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
