Office Assistant - Vejle, Denmark
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and providing support to our office staff. Your role will include maintaining records, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. You must have excellent communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Coordinate meetings and take meeting minutes
- Maintain records and files
- Order office supplies
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Process paperwork and maintain databases
- Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
