Job Title: Office Assistant - Vejle, Denmark
We are in search of a competent Office Assistant to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As an Office Assistant, you will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an office setting and possess excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintaining and organizing office supplies and inventory
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members
- Assisting with data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Providing general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role

Salary:
