A prestigious hotel in the beautiful city of Vejle is seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. Our ideal candidate is passionate about creating delicious and visually stunning desserts, pastries, and baked goods. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the pastry section of our kitchen, managing a team of pastry cooks, and ensuring the highest quality of food production.

Responsibilities:
- Create and execute creative and innovative dessert menus that are aligned with the hotel's concept and standards
- Oversee all aspects of the pastry section including ordering ingredients, managing inventory, and maintaining equipment
- Supervise and train pastry cooks to ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
- Monitor food costs to maintain profitability while maintaining high standards
- Collaborate with other chefs to ensure a seamless flow of food production
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a reputable establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong passion for creating visually appealing desserts with exceptional taste
- Knowledge of current industry trends, techniques, and ingredients
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively with strong leadership skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards

Salary: 1500$
