We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Vejle. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Train, coach, and mentor sales staff to improve their skills and performance

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and mentor a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
