Sales Manager
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets and goals. This individual will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a proven track record in sales and team management. This position is based in Vejle and does not include accommodation. Visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Train and mentor sales representatives to improve their performance
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to help drive sales
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to align efforts towards common goals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team towards success
- Experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies
- Knowledge of market trends and ability to analyze data for insights
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
