We are currently hiring a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Vejle! As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our sales team and driving revenue growth for our company. This role requires excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in sales management.

Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
-Manage and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed targets
-Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
-Train and onboard new sales team members, providing ongoing support and guidance
-Track sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
-Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
-Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
-Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred

Salary:
1100$ per month plus commission based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Vejle, Denmark. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Denmark.
