Job Title: Waiter/Waitress


We are seeking a skilled and experienced waiter/waitress to join our restaurant team in Vejle. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the satisfaction of our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with menus
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Ensure the cleanliness of tables and dining area
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism
- Process payments using cash or credit cards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Upsell menu items or specials to customers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Attention to detail
- Basic math skills for processing payments
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
