Sales Manager - Vejle, Denmark
As a Sales Manager at our company, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team in Vejle, Denmark. Your main objective will be to drive sales growth and increase revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
- Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide coaching and training as needed
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Manage budgets and forecasts for the sales department
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote our products/services
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in Vejle, Denmark or similar location preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Knowledge of CRM software
- Fluent in Danish (written & spoken)
- Biometric passport (or ability to obtain one)
- Experience working with/accommodating women in a professional setting
