Are you a skilled baker with a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing baked goods? We are seeking a Head Baker to lead our baking team in Vejle, Denmark. As the head baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, including production, quality control, and staff management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the production of a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts
- Ensure that all baked goods meet our high standards of quality and taste
- Create new recipes and develop innovative menu items to attract customers
- Train and supervise baking staff, including scheduling shifts and providing guidance on techniques and procedures
- Maintain inventory levels and order ingredients as needed
- Keep track of equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure smooth operation of the bakery
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef is preferred
- Knowledge of ingredients, baking techniques, and recipe development is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely production of baked goods
- Able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods of time during shifts
