Caregiver for Elderly Home Care in Vejle, Denmark


We are seeking a compassionate and experienced caregiver to join our team at a reputable elderly home care facility in Vejle, Denmark. As a caregiver, you will provide personalized care and assistance to elderly residents, helping them maintain their dignity and independence.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication according to care plans
- Monitor residents' health status and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a caregiver for elderly individuals
- Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR
- Fluent in Danish or English (or both)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards the elderly population
