Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Vejle. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our team and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Assist with travel arrangements for team members
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary: $1100 per month (with accommodation provided)
Location: Vejle, Denmark
