Body Repair Master Technician

The Body Repair Master Technician will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This includes performing bodywork, frame repair, and paint work. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the automotive industry and possess knowledge of all aspects of vehicle repair. They must also have excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform bodywork repairs on damaged vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
- Straighten bent frames and structures using specialized tools
- Apply paint and finish to repaired areas, ensuring a seamless match with existing color
- Identify and troubleshoot any underlying issues that may affect the vehicle's performance or safety
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates on repair progress and addressing any concerns or questions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a body repair technician in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair techniques, including bodywork, frame straightening, and painting
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
