We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Office Manager to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Assist with bookkeeping and invoicing tasks
- Maintain records and files in an organized manner
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office manager or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in both English and Danish
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Salary: $1700 per month
