Part-Time Office Manager in Vejle
Our growing company in Vejle is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Office Manager to oversee our daily operations. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Oversee the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist with budgeting and financial management by tracking expenses and preparing reports
- Coordinate with different departments for project updates and deadlines
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients and partners
- Conduct research on various topics as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
- Fluency in English (Danish is a plus)
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month. The selected candidate will also receive free visa sponsorship and ticket to Denmark.
