We are a prestigious hotel in Vejle, seeking an experienced and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors
- Manage a team of sales executives and provide them with guidance and support
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and market dynamics
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary: 1300$ per month
