As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel in Vejle. You will work closely with the hotel management team to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and maintain relationships with existing clients. Your main goal will be to increase occupancy rates and revenue by targeting both leisure and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and online booking platforms
- Negotiate contracts with clients to secure long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to create attractive packages and promotions to drive bookings
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel brand
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' activities, and market changes
- Monitor sales performance against targets and provide reports to management
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of market trends in the hospitality industry
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Flexibility to work part-time hours including weekends when needed
