We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Vejle, Denmark. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel through effective marketing strategies and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports and present to management
- Train and lead the sales team to ensure high performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen and knowledge of sales techniques
- Ability to travel for client meetings as needed
