Concierge Supervisor


As a Concierge Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation and delivery of exceptional guest services at a luxury hotel in Vejle. You will ensure that our guests receive personalized, attentive, and efficient service throughout their stay. Your main duties will include managing a team of concierge staff, handling guest requests and inquiries, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the concierge department, including scheduling shifts, assigning tasks, and ensuring adequate staffing levels
- Train and mentor concierge staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of performance
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring all needs are met to their satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions, events, dining options, transportation services, and other amenities to assist guests with their plans
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies needed for guest services and place orders as necessary
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and organization in the concierge area
- Handle any escalated guest complaints or issues with professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate with management to develop policies and procedures for the concierge department

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality or customer service industry preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in additional languages is a plus)
- Extensive knowledge of Vejle's attractions, services, and amenities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Must be able to obtain relevant work permits/visas

Salary: 1300$ monthly plus benefits

Location: Vejle (free visa & ticket)
