We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team in Akron. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. Your main duty will be to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests by providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies
- Take orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Ensure all beverages are made according to recipes and with consistent quality
- Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers
- Keep the workspace clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista is required
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
