Merchandiser for Retail Store in Salalah, Oman
We are in need of a Merchandiser to join our team at a retail store in Salalah, Oman. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are attractively displayed and stocked to meet customer demands and increase sales. This position is perfect for freshers looking to gain experience in the retail industry and Indians with a passion for merchandising.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are adequately stocked on shelves
- Create eye-catching displays and arrange products in an appealing manner
- Collaborate with sales team to analyze customer buying trends and adjust displays accordingly
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards
- Participate in product ordering and receiving process
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of store shelves and backroom storage areas
- Utilize marketing materials to promote products and drive sales
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Prior experience in merchandising or retail preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Salary: $1200 per month
Working Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week
