Construction Project Manager - Bansko, Egypt


We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Bansko, Egypt. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes overseeing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from conception to completion
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget
- Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage relationships with clients and provide regular project updates
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Oversee procurement of materials and equipment needed for construction projects
- Manage a team of construction workers and subcontractors to ensure efficient completion of projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong project management skills with proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, safety standards
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage a team effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
