Construction Project Manager


We are in need of an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in the beautiful city of Bansko. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules
- Allocate resources and monitor progress
- Communicate project updates and changes to all stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage budgets and control costs
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Hire and manage construction crews
- Oversee safety protocols on site
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
- Ability to read blueprints and use construction software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Nepali language is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month along with accommodation for our foreign employees. We also provide visa support for those who require it.
