Indian Collector in Nairobi, Kenya

We are in search of a skilled Collector to join our team in Nairobi. As an Indian Collector, you will be responsible for managing debt collection activities for our clients, primarily from the Indian community. This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month and includes accommodation. We are looking for candidates with experience in debt collection, preferably within the Indian community. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi or any other Indian language. This position is urgent and requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Manage debt collection activities for clients from the Indian community
- Contact debtors via phone calls, emails or letters to negotiate payment plans
- Maintain accurate records of all communication and payment arrangements
- Follow up with debtors on missed payments and initiate legal action if necessary
- Provide regular updates on collection progress to clients

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national or fluent in Hindi or any other Indian language
- Proven experience in debt collection
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
