Sales Manager for International Sales
Our expanding company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to oversee our international sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing a team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the international sales team
- Train and motivate sales representatives to meet and exceed performance expectations
- Identify new markets and potential clients, as well as maintain relationships with existing clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient delivery of products/services to clients
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and budget allocation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in international sales management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
-Solid understanding of market dynamics, business strategies, and customer needs
-Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office applications
-Willingness to travel for business purposes
