Head Pastry Chef
We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at a renowned restaurant in the beautiful city of Clairvaux. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for creating delicious and visually appealing desserts, as well as excellent leadership skills to manage and guide the pastry team. The Head Pastry Chef will be responsible for designing and implementing new pastry menus, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.
As the Head Pastry Chef, you will be expected to have extensive knowledge of different baking techniques and ingredients, including gluten-free and vegan options. You must also have excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage inventory levels. Additionally, you should possess strong communication skills to effectively communicate with other team members and provide training when necessary.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working as a pastry chef in reputable establishments. A degree or diploma in Baking or Pastry Arts is preferred, but not required. In addition, you must have a keen eye for detail, creativity, and the ability to work under pressure.
