As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of masons. You will primarily be working on construction sites in the city of Clairvaux, France. This is a full-time job that requires fluency in English and is open to Indian nationals.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute construction projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on every job site
- Train new masons on proper techniques and procedures
- Monitor progress of projects and report any issues or delays to management
- Order materials and equipment needed for each project
- Collaborate with other supervisors and contractors to ensure smooth operation of construction sites

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a mason or in a similar role
- Proven experience in reading blueprints and interpreting drawings
- Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and guide team members
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to work full-time without accommodation in Clairvaux
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
