We are a rapidly growing construction company seeking a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to join our team in Clairvaux, France. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all masonry projects at our job sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons and other construction workers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other construction documents
- Plan and schedule work activities, including ordering materials and equipment as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment for all employees
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Inspect completed work for quality control and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other team members to discuss project details and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a mason in the construction industry
- Proven experience in supervising a team of masons or construction workers
- In-depth knowledge of masonry techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and other construction documents
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train employees effectively
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of standing, bending, lifting heavy objects, etc.
- Valid driver's license preferred
