Land Surveyor Assistant


We are a reputable land surveying company based in Los Angeles, seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Land Surveyor Assistant. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month, and we are open to sponsoring work visas for qualified candidates.

As a Land Surveyor Assistant, you will work alongside our experienced surveyors to assist in various field and office tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with limited experience in the field, as we are willing to provide training and support for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Help prepare survey data and create maps using AutoCAD or other software
- Maintain survey equipment and ensure it is in proper working condition
- Communicate with clients and other team members to gather necessary information for surveys
- Conduct research on property records and other relevant information
- Perform calculations and measurements accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Pakistani national preferred but not required
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Full-time availability with flexibility for occasional overtime or weekend work
- No prior experience necessary, but some knowledge of land surveying is beneficial
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced surveyors
- Must have valid work visa or be eligible for sponsorship
