Instrument Technician - Lahore, Pakistan


An established manufacturing company in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a skilled and experienced Instrument Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month (without accommodation). We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and experience in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair industrial instruments and equipment such as sensors, controllers, valves, and transmitters
- Troubleshoot issues with instrumentation systems and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on all instrumentation systems
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accurate readings
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to resolve complex problems or improve processes
- Stay updated on industry developments and new technology in order to continuously improve our instrumentation systems

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in instrumentation preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Instrument Technician in an industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of electrical principles, PLCs, HMI programming, and control systems
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
- Experience with troubleshooting tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel if required
