Administrative Assistant for International Company in St. Petersburg (English-Speaking)
We are a fast-growing international company based in St. Petersburg and we are seeking an administrative assistant to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an English-speaking individual who is looking to start their career in a dynamic and diverse environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle general office tasks such as answering phones, filing, and data entry
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members
- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Provide support to the HR department with onboarding new employees
- Help create and maintain databases and spreadsheets
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience in an administrative role preferred but not required
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, based on qualifications and experience.
We welcome candidates from all nationalities but preference will be given to Egyptians or Filipinos who have a good command of the English language.
