Industrial Architect - Utena


We are hiring an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Utena. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing industrial buildings and structures according to client specifications
- Creating detailed plans, sketches, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensuring that all designs meet building codes and safety standards
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Conducting site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Providing guidance and support to junior architects in the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction processes for industrial projects
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary package of $1000 per month for this position. This is a part-time role without accommodation.
