Industrial Architect


Our architecture firm is seeking a talented and driven Industrial Architect to join our team in Utena, Philippines. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings.
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and comply with building codes.
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that the project is being built according to specifications.
- Review and approve materials, finishes, and equipment used in the construction process.
- Conduct site visits to inspect the quality of workmanship.
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on schedule.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and guidelines for industrial buildings.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

Contract Job:
This is a contract job with a duration of 6 months. There is potential for extension based on performance.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must have their own housing arrangements.
