Online Consultant (Multan, Pakistan)
We are in search of a highly motivated and skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Multan. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our online clients. Your main duty will be to assist them with their inquiries, provide product information, and offer solutions to any issues they may encounter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products that meet customers' needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and communicate any changes or updates to customers.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The salary for this role is 900 USD per month. We also provide accommodation for employees who require it. This job can be done remotely from anywhere with a stable internet connection.
