Instrument Technician


A leading oil and gas company in Hawalli is seeking an experienced and skilled Instrument Technician to join our team. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various instruments and control systems used in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various instruments such as pressure gauges, flow meters, level transmitters, and temperature sensors
- Calibrate instruments to ensure accurate readings
- Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals to diagnose issues with instruments
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform maintenance tasks
- Work with a team to complete projects within specified timeframes
- Adhere to safety regulations and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Instrument Technician in the oil and gas industry
- Diploma or certificate in instrumentation or a related field
- Strong knowledge of various instruments used in the oil and gas industry
- Familiarity with technical drawings and manuals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Physically fit to perform duties such as climbing ladders or working at heights

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this position.
