Senior Accountant - Shan, India



We are currently seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team in Shan, India. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of our company. This role requires excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Conduct monthly and annual account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Prepare quarterly and annual budgets and forecasts
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential areas for cost reduction or revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with all local tax laws and regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an accountant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Experience with accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Additional requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
