We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant operations including staffing, budgeting, inventory management, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of customer service and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Create employee schedules and manage labor costs.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency.
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items based on customer preferences and market trends.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations including inventory management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for guests.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
