We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Lom, Pakistan. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. You should have a passion for food and a creative flair when it comes to developing new dishes. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and training kitchen staff, ensuring efficient operations and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop menus that align with our restaurant's concept and cater to the preferences of our customers
- Oversee food preparation, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality
- Train and manage kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques, sanitation practices, and safety procedures
- Ensure that inventory levels are maintained and orders are placed in a timely manner to avoid shortages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures where possible without compromising on quality
- Collaborate with the restaurant manager to plan special events or promotions that feature unique menus or dishes
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments, implementing new techniques or ingredients into our menu when appropriate
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to lead, train, motivate, and manage kitchen staff effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Creative mindset with a passion for food
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Must reside in Lom or be willing to relocate
