We are in search of a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating cranes to move and lift heavy materials on construction sites or in industrial settings. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes, including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Inspect cranes before use and ensure they are in good working condition
- Receive instructions from supervisors and plan lifts accordingly
- Interpret lift plans, rigging diagrams, and load charts to determine safe lifting procedures
- Move materials using crane controls while maintaining proper balance and load stability
- Communicate with ground crew using hand signals or radio communication
- Monitor weather conditions that may affect crane operations
- Perform routine maintenance on cranes to ensure safe operation
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a crane operator is preferred
- Valid crane operator certification
- Knowledge of different types of cranes and their capabilities
- Ability to read blueprints, lift plans, rigging diagrams, and load charts
- Good physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure

Salary:
The salary for this position starts at 1000$ per month. Final salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
