Job Title: DevOps Developer



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Developer to join our growing team in Ashdod, Kenya. As a DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's infrastructure and software deployment processes. This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to facilitate rapid and reliable software delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of new features into existing systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems to ensure high availability and performance
- Automate deployment processes using tools such as Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Identify areas for improvement in development processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in DevOps methodologies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating system administration
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Chef
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash or Python
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferences:
- Kenyan nationality preferred but not required
- Fluent English speaker
- Able to work independently without accommodation provided by the company
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus
