Remote DevOps Developer


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote DevOps Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Remote DevOps Developer, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the tools, processes, and workflows for our development team. This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere in Africa or Egypt.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automation tools for code deployment and infrastructure management
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems for optimal performance and reliability
- Work closely with developers to ensure smooth integration of new features into the production environment
- Implement and manage continuous integration and delivery pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements for new projects
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash, Python or Ruby
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes or ECS/EKS
- Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet or Chef

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

City:
This is a remote position, so you can work from anywhere in Africa or Egypt.

Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications will be considered an advantage:
- Previous experience working remotely
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of database administration
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
