We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Eschen. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates. You will also manage a team of sales representatives, monitor market trends, and maintain relationships with key clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in hotel sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support as needed
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Create and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the hotel's unique offerings
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1000 per month
