Senior Construction Manager
As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in our company's Herzliya location. Your main duties will include planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating the activities of construction teams to ensure timely and successful project completion. You will also be responsible for hiring and training new team members, as well as ensuring that all safety standards and regulations are met on site.

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years experience in construction management, preferably in the Indian construction industry. You should also possess strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams. A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for employees who require it. We welcome women applicants to apply for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with different teams to ensure efficient project execution
- Hire, train, and manage construction teams

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
