Facade Specialist
We are in need of a skilled Facade Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles. As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining building facades. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that facades are structurally sound and aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities:
- Work with architects and engineers to develop facade designs that meet project requirements
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for facade installation
- Oversee the installation of facades, ensuring they are installed according to design plans and industry standards
- Conduct regular inspections of facades to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Develop maintenance plans for facades to ensure their longevity and functionality
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in facade technology
- Communicate effectively with project managers, construction teams, and clients regarding facade design and installation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Facade Specialist or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of building materials used for facades such as glass, metal panels, stone, etc.
- Proficiency in CAD software for creating detailed drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations related to facades
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team

Preferred:
- Previous experience working on projects in Los Angeles or similar climate conditions
- Familiarity with sustainable facade design principles
- Experience working with different types of building structures such as high-rise buildings or commercial facilities

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Note: This position is open to Pakistani and Canadian nationals who are fluent in English. This is a part-time position with accommodation provided. The selected candidate will also receive free visa sponsorship and flight ticket.
