A luxury hotel in Akron is seeking a friendly and professional Concierge to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a warm and welcoming demeanor. The Concierge will be responsible for assisting guests with any requests or inquiries they may have, such as making reservations, arranging transportation, or providing recommendations for local activities and attractions.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry. They must also be fluent in English and have a strong knowledge of the Akron area. This position requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
