Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Vianden. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Indian cuisine restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant including staff, inventory, and finances
- Train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and customers
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month.

This position is located in Vianden, a charming city known for its medieval castle and picturesque scenery.
